Every homeowner who reaches out to Lordliverpool Septic should get fair, honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Lordliverpool Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
